Mayor Antonio Halili of Tanauan City, Batangas was shot dead in the flag ceremony.

Mayor Halili is famous in his controversial "walk of shame" campaign against Crime and Illegal drugs. It is strange and unusual the way to kill Mayor Halili. he was shot by Sniper in a distance of 200 meters according to the PNP.  From the city of Tanauan in Batangas, Emil Sumangil reports.
